Here are some FAQs on delivery and returns, to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible.
DELIVERY
Order taking
At Comptoir du Bambou, the speed and quality of your customer experience are essential.
- Your orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouses, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This message will contain a detailed tracking number, enabling you to follow the delivery of your order step by step.
- Please note that for personalised orders with embroidery, please allow an additional 10 days for production.
Delivery in mainland France
- For our customers in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery takes place within 2-3 working days of dispatch, via carriers such as Colissimo.
- If you opt for delivery to a relay point, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 days.
- With express delivery via Chronopost, you'll receive your order within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery to French overseas departments and territories
- For an order to be delivered in the Caribbean, allow 10 days,
- If your order is to be delivered in French Polynesia, allow 20 to 30 days for delivery.
Delivery in Europe
- For orders to be delivered abroad, please allow 2 to 3 days for our customers in the Netherlands,
- 3 to 4 days if you wish to receive your order in Switzerland, D
- As a general rule, please allow between 4 and 6 days for delivery to other European countries.
International delivery
- If you are receiving your comamnde in the United States or Canada, allow between 10 and 15 days,
- For Qutar, Dubai, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, allow around 10 days,
- For Singapore, allow 15 days.
RETURNS
Online ordering
- Any order can be modified, cancelled or returned within a legal period of 14 days
- As soon as the customer withdraws, an e-mail must be sent to [email protected] to obtain the procedure to follow according to the situation or category of the product.
- The return costs are at the buyer's expense. Except in the case of a defective product or error in the order.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, you have 14 days to let us know. Un email should be sent to [email protected] to obtain the procedure to follow according to the situation or category of the product.
- The item(s) must be sent unfolded in their original, undamaged packaging.
- As soon as we receive the returned items, we will exchange them.
- As soon as the article is returned, we will send you the new article.
- The return costs are at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise stated.
Terms & Conditions of Return

- The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return. For some banks, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items when they are returned to the warehouse.
- Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and with all tags still on. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in anything other than new condition.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Soaps
- Personal toiletries
- Customised items
